WARRANTY POLICY If you have add insurance to insured your product and it was lost or damaged, you can file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Otherwise we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

If the merchandise is defective, please contact us within 7 days for exchange. All exchanges required buyer to ship back defective merchandise before any replacement to be ship out. If an item is not replaceable or unavailable, we will issue a credit refund. NOTE: We will only issue a credit refund or replacement upon receiving and inspecting the returned product.
