Expecta great increase in horsepower over stock 2.75", (shown in photo for comparison) and over the competition's 3" and 3-1/2" systems. Also lower EGT's and higher boost pressures. As everyone knows, Diesels need to breathe, and this system will solve that restriction problem.

This kit contains, a 3" downpipe (largest OD that will fit) that quickly turns to 4" as soon as it clears the inner fender, and complete 4 inchMANDREL BENTexhaust system using ALUMINIZED 14 GAUGE TUBING ALL "MADE IN USA". Includes a straight thru muffler 4" in and out. Muffler OD is 5". Includes all clamps and hangers, including detailed instructions and assembly diagram.

Not to be confused with some other so-called 4" systems also on ebay where less the 1/2 of the system is actually 4"!!!!

This is a TRUE 4" system, with steel made in America!

Because this system fits many years and versions of the C/K pick-up, most hangers supplied will work perfectly, but someyears may need fabrication/modification of the hangers to work. The pipes are common to all years of the 6.5, only hangers varied year to year. Can be installed by anyone with basic mechanical skills such as weekend mechanics thru professional technicians.
