All international packages will be shipped via USPS EMS (Express Mail Shipping). Package Tracking:
All packages come with online tracking. Customers who have paid with Pay Pal will receive a tracking number from Pay Pal upon shipment as well as from our selected carrier. Return Policy:
Returns will only be accepted with an RAN #(Return Authorization Number). Customers who wish to return or upgrade a product must do so within 30 days of receiving the original product. Returns must be in the original packaging and resalable condition. No returns will be accepted if the package has been opened or installed. If the product is defective it can only be exchanged for the same identical product. Returns or cancellations will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. In the event where the product is defective it is the customer's responsibility to return the package to us postage paid. Upon inspection if the item in question is in fact defective a new or repaired replacement will be returned to you at our expense.

Warranty Policy:
