THE WHEEL IS IN OVERALL GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME LIGHT WEAR ON THE LEATHER FROM AGE AND USAGE(PLEASE VIEW CLOSE UPS).THE WHEEL IS STILL INTACT AND FUNCTIONS PROPERLY.

Money Orders.

Items paid with a money order will take 3-5 business days to clear when payment is received. Please allow time for you payment to arrive before emailing concerns and also send them with delivery confirmation to ensure that the payment was delivered.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
